1. The word ‘mas’ is used to share new information about the previously stated topic. The words preceding ‘mas’ are the topic and the words following ‘mas’ are the new information or the comment. See example below.

2. When used at the end of a sentence, this word is an affirmative that expresses a feeling of encouragement for the previous stated action to happen. When used at the end of a question, it is simply encouragement to answer the question.
